In our Wellness center we perform health and beauty treatments with seawater.
The Las Sirenas Resort boasts the only seawater thermal spa in A Mariña, Lugo. The Las Sirenas Thalasso Wellness Center comprises three floors: one with the thalasso circuit, another area where we offer individual treatments, and finally, a fitness area.

- Relaxing and energizing massages.
- Body and facial treatments.
- Fitness area: gym, massage and exercise rooms.
- The unheated, open-air freshwater swimming pool is free for guests and will be open seasonally. Please check opening and closing dates.
*Wearing a hat and flip-flops is mandatory for the Thermal facilities.
Rates that include access to the thermal circuit are specified in the room title. Prior booking is required for access to the thermal area and must be added to your reservation at the corresponding price.

Children aged 3 to 11 have restricted access to the Thermal Center. We do not have children's bathrobes available.

Monday to Thursday : 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Fridays and Saturdays : 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. | 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sundays : 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. | 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Children's schedule:
Monday to Thursday : 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Fridays and Saturdays : 12:00 to 14:00 | 16:00 to 19:00
Sundays : 12:00 to 14:00
